- A new construction plan for a municipal cultural exchange facility, which will house a library with a capacity of approximately 100,000 books and an exchange space. The library with a capacity of approximately 100,000 books and a space for socializing are combined with a space created by eight 120 x 240 mm cypress pillars (prefectural timber). The ceiling height can be adjusted (2,000 to 9,000 mm) to gently connect various activities.
