- A rental apartment house consisting of 15 units built on a steep slope. A vacant lot is provided on the east and west sides, with terraces/balconies leading to the doma of each unit. The basic concept is a three-room structure, with the "dormer" on the east side and the "itama" on the west side facing each other with the "kitchen" on the other side.
