- "Central", "Air Lab", and "Kitchen" plans for the Takeyama Danchi Center Zone (designed by Akiyoshi Ogata, 1972), located in the Takeyama Danchi developed by the Kanagawa Housing Supply Corporation, were renovated in a corner of the complex. Members of the Kanagawa University soccer team live in the complex and develop their studies while interacting with the local community.
