Outline: This is the first building in the "REVZO" series, a medium-scale rental office brand of CENTRAL JAPAN LAND & BUILDING CO. The building has a split core with openings on two sides, one on the street side and the other on the opposite side, to allow natural light to reach the entire workplace. CFD analysis confirmed that the air conditioning system is more homogeneous than a grid of ceiling cassettes.
