Outline: Cross-crossed reinforced concrete columns and beams are placed on the diagonals of the parallelogram plane. The beams are brought out at the ends. The second floor of the wooden structure was cut in a semicircular shape to create a partial atrium. The reinforced concrete columns and beams are not loaded, and the wooden second floor is supported by the wooden columns and the wooden frame around the perimeter.
