Outline: This is the best proposal of the SHIBUYA PARK AVE. 2040 DESIGN COMPETITION (Chairman of the jury: Hiroshi Naito) sponsored by the Shibuya Park Avenue Council, which proposes a design for Shibuya Park Avenue and its surrounding area in 2040. The plan is to create a space where people can stay by creating a micro-topography on the existing slope and using the resulting plaza, steps, and ramps.
