Outline: A licensed day-care center on the third floor of the POLA Aoyama Building (Shinkenchiku, 2409), the nursery for children aged 2 to 5 was designed to be used as a single flat surface, with no separate rooms for each age group. In order to draw out the children's various activities, the floor is raised, and multiple places for activities are created by the topography with slopes and depressions. The floor and walls are covered with projection mapping, using ripples, sunlight filtering through the trees, and other motifs from the natural environment and the city. The projection locations were studied and the images were produced.

Location
