EVER FIELD WOOD WORKING PLANT

Outline
A wood processing plant built on the premises of a local construction company. It was selected as part of the "Kumamoto Artpolis" project through a proposal (screening committee chairman: Toyo Ito) based on the two themes of "a new and beautiful large-span wooden space constructed by a local construction company" and "development of a facility that can be used as a place for training engineers and revitalizing the local community. The building consists of a reciprocal structure of truss units with walls and roof. The span is a one-room space with a beam-to-beam distance of approximately 20m and a girder length of 30m.
