KUME SEKKEI　ITO KENCHIKU SEKKEI

Outline: This project relocated the former Matsumoto City Museum, which was located within the moat of Matsumoto Castle, to the Matsumoto San-no-maru area. The building was set back from the Daimyocho Street leading to Matsumoto Castle on the east side to create a plaza on the site, and a window gallery was created along the causeway on the south side. The maximum height of the building was kept at 18 meters in accordance with the local community development agreement.
