Outline: The three municipal facilities are located on a site facing the plaza in front of the Minoh Senba Osaka Daigaku-mae Station (2404 in this issue), a part of the area developed in conjunction with the construction of the station. This is the first public library operated by a national university in Japan. The spiral atrium from the library to the Lifelong Learning Center was designed to create a gradual unity of the entire building, aiming for a comfortable and easy-to-activate place where the city and university spaces are fused together.
