Outline: This is a refurbishment of a psychiatric hospital. The main building (back), which was 55 years old, was reinforced against earthquakes, and its interior and exterior were completely renovated. The south wing was demolished and its functions relocated after the completion of the main building. The north wing was partially renovated. The entire building was reorganized into one building, and refurbished including the reorganization of the ward configuration.
