Outline: The plan calls for the construction of a facility that integrates administrative functions with a base where village residents can build a self-reliant and self-supporting village. The site is divided into two construction zones, and in the current plan, the town hall building, learning center, exchange hall, energy center, and disaster prevention center are located in the first construction zone on the north side of the site.
