- A three-story wooden commercial building (1st floor) and apartment building (2nd and 3rd floors) planned on land owned by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government to encourage relocation from a densely wooded area in Adachi Ward, Tokyo. A circulation corridor, including a common corridor, is planned around Minna-no Koji (everyone's alley).
