- The building stands at the intersection of Hibiya Street and Daiichi Keihin (National Route 15). The facade emphasizes an axis at an angle of 45 degrees to Hibiya-dori Avenue. The building has a maximum height of 156,000 mm, and the curtain wall in the center of the wall has a semi-outdoor "winter garden" on each of the four sides that provides natural ventilation for the offices on the 6th to 17th floors above ground.
