- The town hall, the town management organization, and an outside business entity worked together on the plan, which included the basic concept, design, and operation of a public complex facility. A public proposal was conducted in 2019, as public facilities such as the central community center and children's center were aging and the facility was required to have functions such as childcare support facilities and childcare for school children in line with the Miyake-cho Vision, which outlines the future vision for Miyake-cho.
