- A public certified kindergarten and compulsory education school for children aged 0-15 in Okuma Town, which was evacuated due to the nuclear power plant accident caused by the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake. The entire building is composed of a triangular grid. Surrounding the building are the Okawara District Disaster Public Housing and the Okuma Town Hall.
