FUKUOKA DAIMYO GARDEN CITY

The schoolyard of the former Daimyo Elementary School was preserved and regenerated as a "garden. The complex consists of an office/hotel building with stacked office, hotel, and commercial facilities, and a community building with housing and start-up support facilities plus public facilities for local residents. The former school building located south of the Garden has been utilized as a start-up facility, FGN, jointly operated by the city and private sector since 2017, and was required to create a global business environment and cross-cultural base. The Garden is open to local residents and will be used as a plaza within the city, maintained and operated by various businesses, and various events will be planned and attracted.
