Reconstruction of a soba restaurant that burned down in 2020. the pavilion, operated by the local government, was planned as a place not only to eat soba but also to experience soba culture and local traditions. it will have a large roof made of clt, which is produced in Maniwa city, with an irimoya (gabled roof) structure.
