A new school building for an educational program for working people, located in a corner of sophia university's yotsuya campus along koshu kaido road, with stores on the first floor. 3-story wooden structure, fireproofed for one hour, with an exterior lattice made of tama cedar treated with dry-pressure rot-proofing and termite-proofing. the exterior lattice is made of cedar from tama, treated with dry pressure preservative treatment and coated with a protective wood coating (silicon-based super water-repellent paint).
