- This facility in rikuzentakata city, iwate prefecture, consists of a nut and confectionery processing plant, a sales store, a kitchen studio, and a multipurpose space. it was planned as part of the "pecan nut project," which aims to revive agriculture and revitalize the region damaged by the great east japan earthquake through pecan nuts, and is adjacent to the "pecan nut forest" where pecan nuts are cultivated.
