The first floor is a steel-framed tenant house, and the second and third floors are wood-framed apartment houses consisting of 12 units, including the owner's dwelling unit. the 50-meter-long exterior walls are clapboarded with clapboards made of shimanto cedar from kochi prefecture, and the first-floor tenants are set back from the narrow sidewalk to create a place for people to live under the eaves.
