The first floor is a gallery and rental store operated by the owner, and the second floor is a renovated apartment building. the first floor is a gallery, café, and workshop space, and the second floor is a shared house. during the design process, a workshop was held for local residents to consider what kind of space was needed in the town, and this was incorporated into the design.
