- A new library and ward office were built along the hikawa approach in saitama prefecture. based on the concept of the silk industry, a "silk screen" was adopted for the exterior. the structure is designed to resemble a weaving frame, and the functions of each floor, including the terrace, are connected in a spiral shape.
