- The hachinohe city museum of art was rebuilt on the site of the former hachinohe city museum of art, which was renovated from the former tax office building, as well as on adjacent city-owned land and the site of the former hachinohe branch of the aomori bank, through cooperative development. the museum consists of two types of spaces: the "giant room," a huge one-room space where teachers and students share the same space and can visualize each other's activities, and the "private rooms," where students can learn deeply in a specialized area and encounter different specialties by chance.
