The first high-rise hybrid wooden hotel in japan, located in sapporo, hokkaido. of the 11-story building with one basement floor, the first to eighth floors are made of reinforced concrete and the ninth to eleventh floors are wooden. high-strength walls (extended ssw14 construction method) and clt floors realize high-rise wood construction. more than 80% of the timber used is produced in hokkaido. the roof is open, with no equipment on it, to reduce the load on the wooden upper floors.
