A training center for about 49,000 daiwa house group employees. the project started in 2017 with the aim of opening in 2021, the 100th anniversary of the birth of nobuo ishibashi, the founder of daiwa house group. mr. tetsuo kobori joined the project as design supervisor, and the design of the training center was discussed in employee-participation workshops.
