- The first floor is a polygonal plan consisting of four guest rooms and a courtyard, and the circular second floor is a rooftop plaza with seven wind gutters. the second floor, which is circular in shape, is a rooftop plaza with seven wind gutters. the wind gutters allow the heat inside to escape by drawing in the wind from the site's elevated location near the sea.
