- The building is a steel-framed structure with three stories above ground. the residential core is surrounded by a slope that leads to a roasting room, sales area, bakery, café, and satellite office. the gentle slope is arranged along the perimeter, and the boundaries between the upper and lower floors and the outside are made of glass surfaces to actively incorporate the surrounding environment.
