Reconstruction of municipal housing using the ppp (public-private partnership) project method as a start-up project for the daito city public-private partnership basic plan, including the development of an urban planning park and living convenience facilities. the project consists of three sites: a residential area, a private business area with restaurants, stores, and offices, and an urban planning park area.
