- Kobayashi Kokei's residence (1934, designed by Yoshida Gojuhachi) in Ota-ku, Tokyo was dismantled in 2001, and Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture, the birthplace of Kobayashi Kokei, purchased the dismantled parts and relocated them to Takada Joshi Park. The city of Joetsu in Niigata Prefecture, the birthplace of Kobayashi Kokei, purchased the dismantled parts and relocated them to Takada Castle Park.
