- The museum was planned to be adjacent to the Kobayashi Kokei residence (back left) and the recreated art room (back right), which were moved from Ota-ku, Tokyo to Takada Joshi Park in Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture, in 2001. the entrance, exhibition room, gallery and Ninomaru Hall were added to the administration building built 20 years ago.
