This is a facility for children to enjoy reading, designed by Ando Tadao and donated to the city of Osaka on city-owned land in Nakanoshima Park. It is operated by TRC (Library and Research Center) and Haseko meet BACH, with Masataka Haba as creative director and Shinya Yamanaka as honorary director.
