OLD NAGAI ELEMENTARY SCHOOL THE FIRST SCHOOL BUILDING

The wooden school building was built in 1933 and registered as a national tangible cultural property in 2009. The building was retrofitted with seismic isolators to improve earthquake resistance. The building was renovated as a community exchange facility while preserving its original design.
