Outline: This is a town facility for industry, information, and exchange, built on the site of the former Shimokawa Station on the Nayoro Line. The building is arranged in a figure-loop shape around a courtyard, so that the multiple functions and activities inside the building can be felt mutually. It is adjacent to a bus terminal, accommodation facilities, and brick warehouses, and is planned to be equipped with a district heat supply system in the future.
