- This is a lifelong learning facility that combines a community center and a library along a national highway that was opened after the earthquake. In order to create a place where users can spend time as if they were in their own homes, spaces divided into residential scales are grouped together. On the west side of the site is a newly developed housing complex, and the site is planned to be the entrance to the complex, drawing in the flow of people.
