- This is the conversion of a fire station located in a hot spring resort in Kinosaki Town into a Japanese inn. It was planned through a public proposal process organized by the city in order to create a facility that would contribute to the liveliness and scenery of the area. The annex of the Tsuchiya Ryokan located across the street.
