- Renovation of the shop part of a 55-year-old apartment complex with shops. It consists of a cafe, a gallery, a joint atelier for artists (second floor), and an event space (basement floor). The designer collaborated with carpenters to design, fabricate, and construct the building at the same time, while minimizing construction work by construction companies.
