- A private art museum built in the forest at the foot of the Nasu Mountains to exhibit the unpublished works of artist Yoshitomo Nara and his collection. Within a single volume standing in the forest, five exhibition rooms with different characteristics are arranged, each with different proportions and ways of incorporating light. While the structure is designed to accommodate a variety of artworks, front rooms are placed throughout. The intention was to create an exhibition space in which visitors can enjoy the sequence of visiting each room.
