The previously dispersed basic development, product development, and quality development departments have been consolidated. Employees and athletes from offices in Tokyo and Osaka visit. Measurement, co-creation, and experimental functions are arranged in layers, with five roofs of different heights representing the corporate philosophy of speed and form as vectors.
