The Central Library and the East 1 & 2 Building are located in the East Zone of the campus; the four-story Central Library is built on a 20-meter-high plateau, and the East 1 & 2 Building is built continuously from the library roof. The East 1 and 2 buildings, which are research buildings for the humanities and social sciences, are divided into five volumes, and a semi-exterior space, the Campus Mall, is located on the west side.
