- This building is a combination of the Kochi Prefectural Library and the Kochi City Library. "The three libraries, Autopia Kochi Library, Autopia Kochi Voice and Braille Library, and Kochi Mirai Science Museum, are jointly operated by Kochi Prefecture and Kochi City. The exterior of the building is made of GRC with leaf louvers that express the materiality of trees to create a woody appearance. The reading room is a space with a two-story atrium.
