LABORATORY UNDER THE CROP FIELD

Outline
This is a Japanese and Western confectionary workshop of the long-established Hiroshima confectionary shop "Fujii-ya". The workshop is located on the west side, and the farm is located on the east side, with a food and beverage zone and a sales zone on the raised ridges of the farm. In the farmyard, trees are planted to produce confectioneries, and it becomes a place for research of food ingredients and food education. In front of the building is a double-cropping field of wheat and red beans, where four kinds of red bean seeds have been planted and are sprouting.
