Outline: The building is a three-story wood-frame complex consisting of an apartment house with 11 units and a nursery school. The west side of the building on the first and second floors is occupied by the nursery school, the east side of the building on the first and second floors is occupied by studio units, and the entire third floor is occupied by family-type units. Facing the street, the columns, which have a 3000mm pitch, are made of 210mm square larch laminated wood with a 36mm larch cover.
