UEHARA NOIE
HIROYUKI ITO ARCHITECTS
- Outline
- The building is located on a site with a difference in elevation of about 1m from north to south in a residential area close to the city center. Since it was decided from the beginning to divide the site into two lots, the building is divided into two buildings. By aligning a part of the dividing line of the site with the north-south axis, the influence of the new diagonal line of elevation caused by the subdivision is minimized. The intervals between the dwelling units are wide, and the volume is varied to create bright exterior spaces and dwelling units.
