Outline: This project is to relocate the head office of a local newspaper company, and to build a commercial facility and a community zone open to the community in addition to the office functions. Wooden lattices cover the façade of the upper floors, and GRC and glass louvers are placed on the lower floors to block the western sun while at the same time creating a lively atmosphere inside. In the square facing the street, events such as a festival and a marché are held in continuity with the town.
