- Numazu City Boys Nature House, a public facility located in Aitaka Sports Park in Numazu City, Shizuoka Prefecture (closed for business in March 2017), was leased to the private sector to lighten the financial burden and to find a new use for the facility. Open A leased the building from the city, renovated it, and reborn it as an accommodation facility. In addition to the existing facilities, the renovation is being carried out by adding new spaces in a DIY style.
