- The first and third floors of the new commercial building facing the intersection of Koen-dori Avenue are occupied by the apparel brand's flagship store with an attached hotel, with a café/restaurant, hotel reception and pop-up space on the first floor, retail space on the second floor, and a hotel on the third floor. The first and second floors are connected by a grand staircase.
