Outline: This project involves the refinishing of a commercial facility built in 1974 that had been suffering from aging, seismic problems, and an increase in vacant floor space. The existing exterior walls were demolished to reduce the weight of the building, and a series of earthquake-resistant walls were installed to give the building a distinctive appearance and renew its image.
