- This is the first college-linked CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community) project in Japan. The project consists of 60 units of serviced senior housing, 32 units of student housing, and 8 units of family housing, with a community restaurant, meeting room, daycare service, and home nursing station. The buildings are divided into six sections, and a street (community street) is drawn through the center of the site to connect the adjacent residential areas.
