Outline: The share house and the international student dormitory were renovated from corporate housing. The three buildings on the site share the same exterior color code to give a sense of unity to the entire site. The courtyard, which was originally an ornamental pond, has been transformed into a brick paved terrace that serves as a center for interaction.
